What you will do
Strategic planning:
Conduct thorough market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential customer segments, leveraging insights to define specific growth opportunities
Establish clear, measurable goals for growth initiatives, including revenue targets, customer acquisition metrics, and retention rates, while developing action plans and timelines to achieve these objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging the testing of new ideas and approaches to growth, such as product enhancements, new pricing models, or targeted marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cross- sell campaigns across various channels (out- app, in- app, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and offers that resonate with target audiences.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, segment customers, and measure the effectiveness of cross- sell initiatives.
Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with product teams to ensure cross- sell offers are seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
Work with the Customer Services and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with cross- sell efforts.
Present strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you will need
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving successful growth initiatives.
Creative thinker with a strong customer- centric mindset and the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on cross- sell strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
