The user growth function focuses on expanding our customer base through targeted strategies, leveraging impactful tools such as promotion, campaign, communication, product led growth, analytics and A/B testing to drive adoption and retention.
Meanwhile, the merchant growth role concentrates on fostering partnerships and enhancing the presence of businesses on our platform, driving revenue and diversifying offerings for partners.
Our campaign management role orchestrates creative initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering compelling experiences to both users and merchants.
Together, these functions collaborate synergistically to drive sustainable growth and deliver value to our ecosystem.
What you will do
Build detailed tactical plans for assigned growth projects, consisting of multiple levers such as (but not limited to) marketing, promotions, product features, campaigns…;
Work closely with product team to provide additional user insights for product development as the essential way for growth;
Able to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs;
Work closely cross functional teams for the execution of growth plans;
Lead the execution of major projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, product feedback & optimization;
Design and plan growth initiatives quarterly with quantifiable objectives for MoMo’s marketing platform based on extensive research, analyses, and collaboration with relevant business, product/tech, and relevant teams in MoMo;
Joint effort to design growth campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business;
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management;
Use effectively data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customers behaviors, significantly reducing cost while growing and retaining users;
Implement and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and improve the user experience throughout the customer journey.
What you will need
Results- driven and able to deliver results under high pressure;
Familiar with the Fintech/Ecommerce/Ride Hailing market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
Attention to details and excellent executional capabilities.
Creative thinking and a passion for finding innovative growth approaches;
Strong experiences with minimum 4 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Business Analytics or User insights;
Strong analytical skills, strong intuition about user & product; experience in product is a plus;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
Advanced degree or certifications in growth marketing or have experience in financial sector is a plus;
Strong understanding of user- centricity concepts;
Hunger to drive action and impact.
