What you will do
Strategy:
Define and propose user- growth strategy (acquisition, retention) and communication plan for Airlines & Travel vertical at MoMo;
Plan and design growth- hack initiatives with quantifiable objectives based on extensive research, analysis, and collaboration with relevant teams;
Build detailed tactical plans for assigned growth projects, encompassing various levers such as promotions, communication, campaigns, product features;
Lead the execution of major projects and activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, and product optimization.
Promotion:
Utilize data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customer behaviors, achieving cost reduction while increasing user growth and retention.
Market Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Product Collaboration:
Work closely with the product team to provide user insights essential for product development and growth.
Budget Management:
Manage annual budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix to align with business objectives across in- app and external channels.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives (Monthly active users, new user, retention, SnM).
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with other business units and departments (Key account, Biz Ops, Content & design, Product) to understand and jointly drive the achievement of their business targets.
Experiments:
Implement and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and improve the user experience throughout the customer journey.
What you will need
Hunger to drive action and impact;
Strong intuition about users and products; experience in product is a plus;
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of user- centricity concepts and marketing platforms;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business, or Finance;
Extensive experience in user research, insights search, and building marketing campaigns;
Familiarity with the Fintech/Ecommerce/Ride Hailing market;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to leverage local nuances to design highly relevant growth activities for our users;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, and Business Analytics;
