Responsibilities:

Conduct sprint demo and facilitate the collection of feedback from stakeholders during the demo
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum/Agile development methodologies to ensure proper and effective adherence to Scrum practices within the project framework.
Apply strong technical knowledge and expertise, particularly in microservices architecture, to analyze, discuss, and harmonize solutions with stakeholders.
Document the client’s business requirements in detail, (reports, data requirement, technical requirement..) with all assumptions and caveats included
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to identify and categorize incidents promptly. Work closely with technical teams to investigate the incident&039;s impact, root cause and determine the solution.
Deliver efficient and detailed user stories conforming to BDD standards, along with essential workflow diagrams, to accurately illustrate processes as agreed upon by all relevant parties.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as business analyst
Possess discrete IT knowledge and IT background, especially micro- service systems
Good presentation and client relations, as well as oral and written communication skills
Good command of English communication skills
Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion
Have a thorough understanding of UML notation, including its various diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and state machine diagrams.
Willing to learn new things and take ownership
