ABOUT POSITION
Being a part of the division at Katalon, the Product Management department’s mission is to create indispensable products that meet our customers’ needs. Senior Technical Product Manager (Product Manager II)

Drive Product Success: Own key product metrics, ensuring they align with and support overall business goals.
Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering alignment with the product vision and strategy.
Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and maintain a strategic product roadmap that adapts to industry trends and evolving market needs.
Product Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and ensure timely, high- quality product delivery.
Market and User Insights: Conduct and lead user research, market analysis, and competitor assessments to refine product positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
Go- to- Market Strategy: Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute successful product launches and maintain a strong presence within the Katalon Community.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company objectives.

Hold a Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related technical field.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of software requirements, development processes, and project management.
Have expertise in the software industry domain, preferably in SaaS, and the ability to comprehend complex technology problems.
Evidence of strong organizational, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Be a strategic thinker with a focus on execution and outcomes, ideally possessing experience in driving cross- functional programs or processes.
Show excellent human relations skills, adept at building relationships both internally and with customers, and skilled in collaborating and influencing others.
Possess a deep understanding of Agile principles and be capable of applying them effectively to any project.
Have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
