Senior Technical Trainer - Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo Sản Phẩm

Technical Trainer is a position in the Aftersales and Service function at Piaggio Vietnam.
• Do other tasks related to After- sales as required.
• Train dealers&039; technicians about Piaggio technology and vehicles;
• Support to solve technical problems in market;
• Evaluate trainees’ level annually;
• Carry out technical training about Piaggio&039;s Vehicles for Asia Pacific’s Dealers (Viet Nam, Singapore, Philippine, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Hongkong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand…);
• Manage Piaggio training center (Vehicle, Tool & Equipment);
• Make training plan and prepare training materials/ documentations;

• Having experience as a technical trainer is preferred;
• Ability to do training and solve problem;
• Ability to go on business trip;
• Ability to work with cross- functional teams & to build strong internal & external relationship.
• Team work spirit and business mindset;
• Advanced English skills;
• Work location: Vinh Phuc (Bus & Allowance for employees from Hanoi)
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in the technical field (Vehicle field preferred);
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds;
• Degree in a technical field;
