This position will lead on the job (OTJ), technical training to designated SiC business unit(s) belonging to Coherent Vietnam to provide training- related support, coordination, administrative and delivering learning solutions to address operation training needs for Production Areas with a specific focus on providing OTJ, Technical training for direct labour employees and taking part in training- related projects to enhance the manufacturing performance through training solutions. This requires the co- ordination of the plant- wide level.
TECHNICAL TRAINING – NEEDS ANALYSIS & SOLUTIONING DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY
Provides appropriate solutions, actions, or corrective actions when the deviation is found in operations related to training area. Coordinates with the Engineering, Production, Quality team for problem- solving.
Utilizes various data collections tools and analytics to make improvements and recommend future enhancements for training solutions
Provides training logistics arrangement and on- site/oversea support for plant- wide training programs and new product transferring
Acts as project team member for training activities, ensures all requirements are met and the smooth running of training sessions.
Establish the foundation, library, build training program, facilitate training programs following training library and training process in collaboration with Functional Departments and Manufacturing Operations.
TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & DOCUMENTATION
Leads/supports/coordinates all training activities regarding the development of training processes, procedure or other documentations that supports the training process, namely: skillset, training forms, templates, training materials, training tools, training library, etc
Leads the administration of the daily operations of Training Management System including maintaining and improving the efficiency of training software, training database, training records and others.
