INNOMIZE is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing team! INNOMIZE always raises the quality of our clients’ software throughout the entire quality lifecycle. From quality assurance assessments and advice on best practices to implementing process improvements followed by continuous test execution, we speed our clients’ products to market at the highest possible quality. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts within a project or team. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing test strategies, executing tests, and ensuring the overall quality of deliverables.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Ability to develop to be an Automation tester.
Participate in client meetings to ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are the highest quality.
Designing the procedures and writing test cases, test scenarios according to the requirements.
Asset in the planning, creation, and control of the test environment(s).
Other duties as assigned.
Prepare test data as required.
Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team.
Identify and document functionality and usability errors in the issue- tracking system.
Develop test plans and test strategies.
As a senior, you will help to monitor and coach junior QCs to work on the projects.
Execute all manual test cases, performance test and report defects, define severity and priority of each defect.
Analyze data to determine solutions to system processing according to the business requirements.
Your Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript to be able to read and understand web code.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in computer information technology, computer engineering, or related degree.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries is required.
Experience in testing API, and load tests using Postman, SOAP UI, or JMetter.
Critical Thinking and Problem- Solving Skills.
4+ years of experience with testing software applications.
Self- motivated and results- oriented.
Experience in working with agile/kanban/scrum methodology.
Exceptional attention to detail, and be able to interact well with others.
Good knowledge of automation tests, performance tests, and security tests.
Strong communication skills especially in English.
