Senior Tester

Test Planning and Design

Develop and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems.
Analyze product requirements and system specifications to design detailed and well- structured test plans and test cases.

Test Execution

Execute manual test cases across multiple platforms (Web/APP) to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Document, track, and resolve bugs and issues effectively using tools such as Jira or similar.
Utilize automation to save manual efforts

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate closely with development and business teams to understand new features and regression impact.

Quality Assurance Documentation

Maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, test plans, test reports, and bug reports.
Ensure accurate and up- to- date documentation of test processes and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with industry trends and new testing methodologies.
Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes and workflows.

Perform Daily / Weekly /On- demand reports to CEO the progress and status of the assigned tasks
Guide and manage the QA team on tools, processes and quality control.

From 3 years of experience in the role of Test Lead/QA Lead, managing teams of 2- 3 members.
Strong understanding of manual/automation testing methodologies and test processes.
At least 6+ years of testing experience in Web /Mobile and API testing for both manual and automation.
Knowledge of databases such as SQL & MongoDB for querying databases
Excellent knowledge base of Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Experience and has used tools to test the load- bearing capacity of systems
Exhibits a strong user experience- centric mindset and deep understanding of end- use
Maintains exceptionally high standards for work quality and product/service quality needs.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an Agile team and adapt to changing requirements.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Postman) and bug tracking systems.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills for identifying issues.
