• Manage a team of 4- 5 people or multiple teams

• Define and discuss test viewpoints with SubPM/PM/Customer
• Leading team member, training for newbie ...

• Basic SQL knowledge
• Ability to read and understand Detail Design documents and source code
• Ability to create test perspectives that align with project requirements
• Experience in team management and reporting (at least as a team leader): detecting risks/issues is crucial
• Experience in manual testing: creating test cases from source code logic, running test reports, reviewing test cases/test reports, testing APIs
• Experience in app testing: Podman, Postman
