[Position Summary]
We are looking for a qualified, creative, energetic and self-starting UI Front-end Developer with wide experience in developing web application.
[Responsibility]
- Translate mock-ups from graphic design such as Photoshop, Zeplin, etc., into functional web pages.
- Templating web pages according to designs or requirements.
- Creating responsive layouts for mobile and desktop.
- Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Improve the efficiency of existing products.
- Keep yourself up-to-date with emerging technologies.

[Qualifications]
Must:
- More than 2 years of work experience in UI Front-end development.
- In deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is preferred. Our requirement technology stack in CSS, you should to know at least one or other
- CSS processor: SASS, PossCSS, LESS
- CSS framework: Bootstrap
- CSS naming schemes and CSS Linting
- CSS tool experience: Autoprefixer, Stylelint
- CSS methodologies and naming scheme experience: CSS-in-JS, BEM
- Proficient in Responsive/Adaptive Design.
- UX Design Fundamentals. Keep updating UX trends to continue looking for creative ideas.
- Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Zeplin and content management systems (CMS).
- The most important thing is to absolutely follow the design. Done accurately, in detail and meticulously
- Have passion for exploring and learning new technology.
- Proactive and self-learner
Prefer:
- Ability to build a web application or willing to learn at least one of JS frameworks like AngularJS/ReactJS/ VueJS from the beginning.
- Good knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging.
- Contribution to OSS projects and communities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
- English or Japanese from intermediate to advanced.

Advantage:
- Ability to build new Front-end framework like Bootstrap, Semantic-UI, Skeleton, etc.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in their professional development and build self-organizing team.
