Senior UI UX Designer AIA Vietnam lương upto 60M làm hybrid

Report to: Manager, Customer & Program Experience

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Objective:

To create Comprehensive User interface for Web and PC or Mobile Application that help to erase User experience Pain points.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement to form idea/ concept/ mockup to fulfill business request.


• Conduct research to understand user experience/ business requirement; conduct test to verify idea/ concept/ mockup.


• Create prototype for the proposed idea/ concept/ mockup.


• Design user flows and experiences that are simple, thoughtful and useful.


• Partner with Development team to drive for the best user experience.


• Contribute in Building design principles and guidelines for products.


• Control and provide feedback for product quality in term of UI/UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree


• At least 6 years experience designing Mobile, Web and PC.


• Understanding of Interaction Design, usability and information architecture practice.


• Strategic product thinking and vision practice.


• Good skills in User Interface design and Visual Aesthetic Sensitivity.


• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end hybrid UX and UI design.


• Sketch/ Figma/ XD/ Zeplin/ Invision required.
