Senior UI/UX Designer (Must Have 3 Years Experience in Ux-Ui Design)

As part of our Digital Experience team, you’ll collaborate with marketers, developers, and business stakeholders to create seamless user journeys, improve conversion rates, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand excellence.
This role blends creativity, strategy, and technical insight — ideal for someone who understands both corporate branding and e- commerce performance design.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and optimization of engaging, user- centric digital experiences across Shopify and WordPress platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimization — Use analytics and A/B testing to refine layouts, improve usability, and enhance conversion rates.
- Collaboration — Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate front- end implementation.
- User Experience Strategy — Conduct research, user testing, and data analysis to inform UX decisions and improve user flows.
- Accessibility & Responsiveness — Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and provide seamless experiences across devices and browsers.
- Wireframing & Prototyping — Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Lead UX/UI Design Projects — Plan, design, and deliver high- quality user interfaces for corporate websites and e- commerce stores on Shopify and WordPress.
- Design Systems & Style Guides — Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual style guides for consistent brand representation.

Income: Depending on position and experience (Junior or Senior), FROM 25 million VND + performance bonuses
