Senior UI/UX Designer

Role purpose :

Own end- to- end product experience for 1–2 flagship products.
Establish a unified Design Language and evolve it into a company- wide Design System as products reach PMF.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner tightly with PM/Tech to balance usability, feasibility, and performance.
Lead discovery => wireframe => prototype => usability testing => developer handoff for complex, data- heavy workflows.
Mentor 1–2 designers
Set up Design Ops (file structure, versioning, critique cadence, specs, Figma, Storybook/Tailwind workflow).
Define Design Language (tokens, grid, type scale, color, iconography, motion) for web/mobile.
Optimize product funnels (activation, conversion, retention) using quantitative insights.
Design dashboards and role- based UIs with multi- step approvals, states, and permissions.
Standardize microcopy and UI content with bilingual vi- EN readiness (i18n).
Build and run a Design System (Figma libraries, components/variants, guidelines, AA accessibility).

Comfort with product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude) for evidence- based decisions.
Nice- to- have
Hands- on usability testing (moderated/unmoderated), heuristic reviews, basic surveys.
At least 5 years- experience in product UI/UX; shipped at least 3 real B2B/B2G/SaaS products.
Clear communicator with business and engineering; English for professional collaboration.
Working knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and performance constraints.
Advanced Figma skills (auto- layout, component properties, variants, prototyping).
Strong interaction design and information architecture for complex workflows.
Experience with Tailwind/shadcn/React and dev- facing specs or Storybook.
Prior work on approval workflows, audit logs, and granular RBAC.
Domain exposure to legal/government/enterprise or AI/MLOps tools.
Measurable A/B testing wins or contributions to an open- source Design System.
