Senior UI/UX Designer

You will work directly, in English, with the founders of new and rapidly growing Internet ventures to understand their vision and implement it on the web and on iPhone and Android smartphone platforms. You can feel free to be creative and express your ideas with few constraints. Because you collaborate closely with developers you do not need to program and your work will be closely integrated into the final result. You will have constant opportunities to work with new techniques, devices, software and tools as they emerge in the US. Our designers are provided with superior equipment including iMacs, Wacom drawing tablets, phones and tablets.

- Able to create designs for web, mobile, using responsive design and across browsers
- Understanding of the agile process, ability to create prototyping, wire-framing quickly in an iterative environment
- Able to collaborate remotely with clients, product owners and managers, marketing and developer teams
- Understanding of how design can make a huge impact on development, able to create designs which do not complicate the development process or are costly to implement
- Able to work closely / assist / follow-up with developers to make sure we deliver high-standard products
- Experienced in conducting research, wire-framing, prototyping, user experience and visual design
- Able to verbally walk both clients and team members through design processes, methods and approaches
- Excellent English speaking, listening and writing skills
- Able to create a diverse range of designs that address business objectives, taking into consideration customer segments and design trends
A senior person will be able to discuss the business reason for each design choice and the benefits and disadvantages of each choice.
