Senior Warehousing Manager II-VI Vietnam Limited Company

*Planning and Inventory Control
- Plan capacity to meet customer demand.
- Best use of planning tools to optimize manufacturing cost, inventory and be more flexible.
- Keep an appropriate inventory to meet target.
- Maximize revenue via meeting OTIF requested from customer with optimized cost and best customer service as well, including but not limit
- Respond to customers accurately and timely.
- Customer insight.
*Purchasing
- Search alternatives (material, supplier).
- Expend wisely in acquiring materials, equipment sufficiently in term of quantity, time, quality with most suitable cost to support business in advanced competition of price, lead- time. It includes but not limit
- Develop suppliers toward smaller (MOQ, of supplier), faster (lead- time), more flexible, better cost with the appropriate quality/services.
- Negotiate most suitable cost via deeply understanding our specifications, supply base knowledge, negotiation skill and integrity.
*Import/Export
- All the customs reports, scrap table reports… (including but not limited) related to customs are controlled and submitted on time.
- Optimize freight cost.
- All laws, regulations, II- VI and local policies and procedures are understood and complied with.
- All the inbound/outbound shipments are tracked and received/shipped on time.
*Warehousing
- EHS compliance
- Maintain stock items in good condition and accurately to prevent broken and mixed material to production.
* Supervision, Management and Leadership
- Ensure a learning environment is in place and your team is trained and developed to consistently achieve your organization’s expectations in both the short and long terms.
- Ensure that your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever- changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant major such as business, finance or economic related field.
- Major in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic is strongly preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the field of Production Planning, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Purchasing with 5+ years in managerial/leadership in the relevant field.

• In- depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse.
• Good leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Good project management skills, including strong decision- making, problem- solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer application.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both English and Vietnamese.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
