Senior WH Logistic Accountant

This role is to manage the transportation & WH management for the respective 3PL (As is 2 Locations) with timely and accurate recognition expenses of Transportation (Inbound & outbound) & 3Pl WH ‘s service, Ensure 3PL’s compliance with KPI deliver in line & mapping with contract term/SOP statement.
Be responsible for validation of Transportation & WH service settlement of respective 3PL define to ensure timely, accurate record of 3 PL’s actual performance with right accounting recognition for transportation & WH management ’s authorized handle.
- Drive effectiveness of cost control within AOP, monitor 3PL ‘s actual performance v/s KPI mentioned in contract of respective 3PL
- Daily review incomplete internal transfer transactions to investigate non-routine cases with flag up/fix issues
- Review 3PL’s service transactions to ensure 3PL KPI ’s compliance KPI & propose chance of service improvement with cost saving
- Review & validate Outbound & Inbound transportations for monthly accrual & 3PL’s billing as per SOP
- Review 3PL services & Transportation (In/Out) for monthly accrual & finalize billing required from 3PL.
- Review 3PL services performance to finalize expenses claim & allowances rebate as per KPI defined in contract term.
- Weekly GEMBA DC/Plant by detailed checklist to ensure 3PL process (service/transportation) compliance & control in place
- GCS Self-test for SOP of accrual & 3PL’s payment
- Support tax/corporate/independent audit and ad-hoc projects assigned.

Ad hoc tasks related to inventory control:
+ e.g. SAP or new software/tools/process/SOP guidelines).
+ Joining periodically stock count as required.
+ Strongly supported to Operation tasks as required as onsite leverage, minimize Opt/SC team travelling for control

Qualifications
- University graduate, major in Accounting & at least 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, legislation, company policy and procedures.
- Strong system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system
- Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Skill (e.g Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, PowerPoint)
- Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill
- Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn and improve effectiveness in daily operation
- High integrity and acting with due diligence
