Job Summary:
The Senior YouTube Specialist is responsible for managing the YouTube channel system, working closely with partners related to popular creators on the YouTube platform, and coordinating the operation and performance management of channels/channel groups. This role requires a deep understanding of YouTube&039;s ecosystem, content strategy, and audience engagement tactics to drive growth and maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Management:
Manage and optimize the YouTube channel system to increase visibility, subscriber growth, and viewer engagement.
Develop and execute channel strategies, including content planning, scheduling, and promotion, to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor channel performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Partner Collaboration:
Identify and establish partnerships with popular creators (YouTubers) and content creators to collaborate on channel content and promotions.
Manage relationships with partners, negotiate terms, and ensure deliverables are met according to agreements.
Work closely with partners to develop content ideas, optimize content for the platform, and maximize audience reach and engagement.
Operation Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams, including content creators, video editors, and marketing teams, to ensure timely delivery and quality of content.
Manage the production pipeline, including content creation, editing, and publishing, to maintain a consistent and engaging channel experience.
Ensure compliance with YouTube&039;s policies, guidelines, and best practices for content creation and promotion.
Performance Management:
Track and analyze channel performance metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement rate, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel performance, increase audience engagement, and drive growth.Provide regular reports and updates on channel performance to management and stakeholders.
