Senior/Lead Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Team Lead to spearhead our development team in creating innovative user- facing features. This role involves using cutting- edge technologies and frameworks, with a focus on React.js and Next.js. As a leader, you will guide your team in building robust, reusable components and libraries, ensuring that our web applications perform optimally on a wide range of devices and browsers.
● Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers in a team environment.
● Optimize component rendering for maximum efficiency and performance.
● Stay updated with modern front- end technologies and trends.
● Develop new user- facing features using React.js and integrate with Next.js framework.
● Build and maintain reusable components and front- end libraries for future use.
● Translate designs and wireframes into high- quality, maintainable code.
● Implement, plan and enforce Playwright test cases
● Ensure technical feasibility and implement UI/UX designs with precision.
● Participate in code reviews, upholding high standards in code quality and best practices.
● Continuously learn and understand user interactions to enhance the web application.

● Demonstrated experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks. (Must)
● Knowledge of the JavaScript event loop and asynchronous programming. (Must)
● Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail. (Must)
● In- depth knowledge of optimal component rendering techniques. (Must)
● A knack for benchmarking and optimization. (Optional)
● Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token. (Optional)
● Ability to lead and mentor a team of front- end engineers. (Yes for Tech Lead, No for Senior Dev)
● Knowledge of Playwright test cases (Must)
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including familiarity with ES6 syntax, DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
● Basic understanding of Webpack configuration. (Must)
