Senior/Lead Mobile App Developer (Flutter,iOS, Android)

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to incorporate new features in the app
Play the role of a full-stack engineer and write some backend business logic as well
Participate in operating the service and meeting out SLA
Create unit tests and work with the QA team to ensure high quality
Build and enhance flagship product, Rising Higher, on iOS and Android using Google&039;s Flutter platform
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

Must to Have

3+ years of experience working on commercial, consumer-facing apps for Flutter (100,000+ users with at least 100+ users active in Realtime)
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s Degree in Computer Science from a reputable college
Experience with public clouds (GCP/ AWS/ Azure). GCP preferred.
Experience working with large scale SaaS offerings
5+ years of Mobile Software Engineer experience
Bonus points for Java & Python.
Excellent knowledge of Swift/Objective-C & Javascript/Typescript.
Excellent grasp of algorithms and data structures

Nice to Have

Experience with Google Firebase
Experience working in FMCG domain
Experience with other backend technologies such as Kafka, Cassandra/ MongoDB, ElasticSearch, S3, BigQuery/ Redshift, etc.
Solid fundamental knowledge in Computer Science
Knowledge of HIPAA or other regulatory standards
