Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Leader to join our team and lead our search engine optimization efforts. The SEO Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast- paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including content writers, designers, and developers, to align SEO efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge through training, conferences, and certifications.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to achieve client objectives and goals. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
Off- Page Optimization: Plan and execute off- page SEO strategies to build high- quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Identify opportunities for outreach, guest blogging, and link acquisition to enhance website authority and credibility.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Generate regular reports and insights on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Technical SEO: Oversee technical SEO audits and implementations to ensure website performance and crawlability. Collaborate with developers to address technical issues and optimize website structure, speed, and mobile- friendliness.
On- Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience. Develop and implement content strategies to target relevant keywords and topics.
