SEO Leader

• Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data- driven recommendations.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases.
• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement solutions for improved website performance and user experience.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers and URLs to ensure alignment with target keywords and enhance search engine crawlability.
• Developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimisation strategies to achieve organic traffic growth for the website (spacet.vn) with a focus on the Ecommerce section.
• Develop and execute effective on- page and off- page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and SERP rankings.
• Plan and setup Marketing Performance Ads, monitor and optimize
• Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends and technologies, exploring innovative approaches to enhance our SEO efforts further.
• Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of competitors in search rankings.
Requirements:
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking with a data- driven mindset
• Energetic, adaptable and fast learning
• Familiarity with technical SEO
• Growth mindset, result- oriented, and self- starter
• At least 3 years of work experience in SEO field with hands- on experience in Commerce and/or Community website
• Outstanding team management, presentation and communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi- functional teams
• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
