SEO Manager - Upto 40M (English)

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to guide our SEO strategy and execution, ensuring our brand remains prominent and authoritative in search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for our brand keywords.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep the team informed and our strategies effective.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
On- page and off- page optimization:
- Perform page optimization tasks including meta tagging, internal linking, keyword insertion, site rules compliance, and title attribution.
- Research and build a list of back- links for SEO team members.
- Develop and manage link building strategies and performance of linking sites to enhance off- site SEO.
Results Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush to track, analyze and report on SEO performance and organic traffic metrics.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and mentor an SEO team, setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with our company&039;s objectives.
- Build a positive, collaborative, and results- focused environment within the SEO team and across the company.

- Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to overcome ranking issues.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, As) and the ability to extract and interpret data effectively.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving set goals.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- Strong understanding of on- page, off- page, and technical SEO principles and techniques.
- Proven experience in leading an SEO team with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
- At least 4 years of SEO experience
