SEO Specialist (Up To 20M) (Company Website)

* Job Description:
- Monitor and manage content quality
- Work with Content team to create content that match search intern and bring benefit to customers
- Work with the IT/Customer department to fix/update website technical issues, UI/UX, website structure.
- Plan and assign onpage/content/internal link tasks
- Regularly audit website to fix and update new policies/standards
- Research and learn SEO techniques to update/advance current process
- Monitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversions, and other trends to the leader/manager
- Develop actionable plan and long- term SEO strategy for company website
- Implement advanced SEO techniques
- Analyze, monitor, and report on crucial organic key performance indicators.

- Working time: 5 days per week, 8h30 to 17h45, from Monday to Friday. Allowed 13.5 days absence per year (12 days absence according to laws and 1.5 day absence for annual company trip)

- Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking.
- Have at least 2- year experience with SEO, especially for English content.
- Experience in paid advertising is a big plus.
- Pre- intermediate English level (reading and writing skill)
- Knowledge of website analytics tools and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs,...) is a must- have.
- Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences.
