Service Dealer Operation Senior Staff Hino Motors Vietnam, LTD.

- Represent and liaison HMV with Dealers in term of Service business
- Coordinate resolution of specific issues of Dealers
- Training: Conduct the needed training for Dealer&039;s staff
- Reporting: Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reports about the performance of each assigned Dealers service
- Improve Dealer Service operation quality (conduct SOP, Dealer improvement monthly), CSI, follow up Dealer conduct Service promotion program.
- Other job is assigned by management
- Achieve Service KPI & Performance from assigned Dealers, region or territory.

- Bachelor’s Degree in University, major in Automotive technology/ Economic/ Commercial/ Marketing/ Businesses management or related fields.
- Prefer having from 1 year working experience in Automotive technology
- Good communication, PDCA skill & problem solving skill
- Proficiency English & MS Office (TOEIC 550 up)
