Mô tả công việc

● Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
● Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
● Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow CSM.
● Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with stakeholders, understand stakeholders requirement and design solution matching the expectation
● Create and manage ed aspects of the ServiceNow system
● Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management Workflow module.
● Experience with ServiceNow client and server- side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
● Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
● Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
● Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
● Responsible for the technical specification, design and implementation of the ServiceNow integration
● Provide expertise on all technical questions related to development on ServiceNow
● Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests

● Experience with git workflow and unit testing
● Interacts well with both technical and non- technical customers, attains relevant technical and business requirements, analyzes information, and designs comprehensive solutions
● Strong interpersonal, communication and problem- solving skills
● Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies
● Strong understanding with leading CRM tools and related systems.
● Prior CRM, Customer Service Management software/platform experience (Freshworks, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho etc.)
● Conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design
● At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly- capable, technologies- inclusive of integrations and portals preferably with consulting experience.
● Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) in a customer service environment, while providing thought leadership to Customer Service sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
● Customer- centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success
● Team player who is self- driven and proactive in learning new technologies and skills
● Domain experience desired but not required in Media, Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Field Services, Procurement, etc.
● Great logical thinking and attention to details
● Familiarity in agile software development and good knowledge of it&039;s best practices and trends
