Service Sales Engineer Công Ty TNHH GEA Việt Nam

- Prepare, generate proposals and follow- up quotations to secure orders.
- Provide pre- sales preparation, sales negotiation and after sales service.
- Promote and sell after sales service solutions and system modernization to meet sales target
- Responsible for developing sales of service products in Country (Vietnam).
Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customer to promote extended sales coverage
- Suggest changes and improvement whenever applicable
- Collect service product feed- back and market information
- Work collaboratively with LPT technology centers to ensure full understanding of available service products and how they can be taken to the local markets.
- Support, guide and lead project execution team for all commercial issues and deviations based on the contract.
- Liaise with the technical team and project execution to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation and solve the problem.
- Other task that maybe assigned by the Management.
- Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales target by maintaining existing customers and build good relationship.
- Provide required reporting to LPT Organization.

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Being part of a small team, flexible to adapt to different tasks
- Good understanding of service sales costing
- Good business sense
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Able to multi- task and work under pressure
- Strong mechanical aptitudes including know how on processing equipment for Brewery,- - Dairy and Beverage applications.
- Self- motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. Willing to work beyond regular office hours (if necessary)
- Strong customer service orientation (internal and external customers)
