- Benchmark other brands and Vietnamese market situation
- Study/make audit system to dealer
- Work with Insurance company/Paint supplier/University, etc.
- Propose Dealer Operation Standard for BaP; Study & propose BaP campaign/promotion
- Set up Target Agreement, implement PDCA (Plan- Do- Check- Act) plan for KPI of Body & Paint (BaP) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with dealers

- Knowledge: Automobile technology and maintenance
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Aftersales service – Body Repair & Painting
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Automotive Engineering
- Required skills:
• Presentation skills and PC skills (MS Office)
• B2 driving license, ability to drive for business purposes
• English proficiency: Good communication skills, reading comprehension of Automobile materials
- Other (if any):
• Ability to go for business trip for weeks, including oversea trip
• Data analysis skills is an advantage
