- Support dealers about aftersales service activities
- Cooperate and support other teams
- Study, conduct service training and evaluation to dealers (mostly focus on non- technical training)
- Support dealers to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Parts sales per unit, etc.

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Automobile Technology, aftersales service business
- Knowledge: Automobile technology and training
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Automotive Technology
- Required skills:
• B2 driving license, ability to drive for business purposes
• Interpersonal, presentation, and PC skills (MS Office)
• English proficiency: Good communication skills, reading comprehension of Automobile materials
- Other (if any):
• Ability to go for business trip for weeks, including oversea trip
