Services Technician (Printing)

· Conduct test technical solutions, support technical issues, perform the trouble shooting which base on business requirements.
· Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of equipment.
· Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
· Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
· Communicate with Stakeholders, CTP (Computer to Plate in Offset printing) Customers to identify what they want a system to accomplish, consult for them about technical solutions.
· Design, develop and implement the on-site training to CTP.
· Develop Service technical documentation.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical engineering.
· +2 years of experience in a technical role.
· Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
· Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
· Able to communicate in English.
· Willing to work overtime as needed and get ready for the multi-days business trips as assignments from the enterprise.
