To be in charge of Safety, Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS) to comply with concerned legal and other requirements:
•Maintaining & continuous improvement of SHEMS, including requirements of management system of ISO 45001, ISO 14001;
•Making yearly plan of SHE;
•Implementing SHE tasks based the yearly and other plans;
•Monitoring the concerned objectives regularly and having appropriate actions where necessary;
•Identifying hazards, assessing risks for routine and non-routine works to have appropriate actions of SHE control;
•Issuing and controlling the work permits;
•Conducting awareness training course of SHE for relevant partners to comply with the requirements;
•Investigating causes of accidents/incidents and recommending actions to prevent from their occurrences;
•Working with external agencies to implement the issues related to SHE;
•Measuring and auditing/updating the effectiveness of hazards and risks control programs;
•Recommending solutions to issues that need to be improved;
•Collaborating with personnel of the departments to establish SHE improvement programs;
•Other requirements where required.

•University (major in engineering)
•Fluent spoken and written English
•4 years of working experience in similar position
