Main objectives:
• Assist Production Manager to use and develop human resource rationally and maintain the relationship with staff
• Assist Production Manager to arrange production, control quality, guarantee delivery time and complete KPI index
• Assist Production Manager to maintain machinery and equipment
• Assist Production Manager to plan and implement EHS activities
Main responsibilities and tasks
- Assist Production Manager to manage daily operation and production
• Check status of equipment and production process, control quality and gurantee delivery time
• Make operation schedule and arrange detailed production events
• Confirm working sheet of planning department
• If there is abnormal, report the reason to plant manager immediately according to the feedback, and wait for the next order
- Assist Production Manager to maintain machinery and equipment
• Order the spare parts
• Audit the machine maintenance plan
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager as business requirement
- Assist Production Manager to plan and implement EHS activities and check the status of EHS
- Put forward personnel requirement and suggestion to Production manager
- Perform the effective communication thru the team to ensure all members going the same direction
- Using KPI to coordinate and improve the production activities and results of all departments
- Take the ownership on problem solving to make sure production smoothly with all resources being utilized (4M concept)
- Play a consultant role to subordinates and create team members development plan
- Guiding and tracking the induction and job training of new employees
- Give full instruction to help team members get well understanding of tasks requirement.

*Qualification:
• Special trainings/authorisations: New textile technology, production planning and site management, English (Intermediate level)
• Type and area of study: Textile or related major
* Work experience: 5years working experience in the textile industry
* Knowledge:
• Foreign language/s: medium level
• PC skills : Familiar with ERP softwares, MS office software
• Technical knowledge: Proficient in performance required of textiles, ability to understand modern textile fashion trends and have rich experience in site management
• Driving license : None
* Skills, abilities, attitudes:
• Understanding of textile process technology, open minded attitude and flexible, • Innovation and the ability to solve the problem.
* Working conditions and equipments:
• Business trips: on request
• Working schedule: three shift, 6 days/week
• Equipments used: computer, phone, printer
