Shipping Import Specialist (Work at Cu Chi, shuttle bus provided from HCM & Binh Duong/Dong Nai)

Contact oversea/local team to get the shipment’s details, prepare shipping docs and work with Customs broker in translating machine/parts name & applying HS code to perform customs declaration.
Expense report checking and implement payment procedure for all inbound shipping cost.
Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
Co- operation with other departments to make delivery schedule and coordinate the trucks daily.
Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the import shipments on time and meet customer/production request.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Monitor the shipment, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue related and arrange for the best delivery schedule.
Be in charge of imports shipment.

Good at reporting skill: Mandatory communication in English.
Computer knowledge (word, PowerPoint especially good at excel, macro skill is preferred)
Good team working spirit.
Able to work independently and under tight time schedule.
Good logic thinking.
Skilled in shipment arrangement and customs clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Import- Export, 2- 3 years working experience (background in EPE is preferred)
Able to use VNACCS software, strong knowledge in ERP system.
