Shipping Manager

- Report to management on activities and issues
- Manage all import - export activities
- Others works assigned by superior
- Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
- Supervise and lead subordinates
- Control budget of the shipping department
- Liaise closely with customs and other officials to deal with any issues related to shipping
- In charge of shipping dept
- Coordinates with all required freight carriers including negotiating prices and conditions regularly for the benefits of the Company
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes
- Directly work with partner/ supplier/ customer regarding to import -export shipment

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- People oriented and results driven, problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English or Chinese
- Proven working experience as shipping Manager over 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good connection with local custom in Quang Nam province
