Shipping Specialist

- Expense report checking and implement payment procedure for all inbound shipping cost.
- Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the import shipments on time and meet customer/production request.
- Work with oversea team to get the shipment’s details, prepare shipping docs and work with Customs broker to complete customs procedure.
- Monitor the shipment, coordinate with all concerned parties and customs broker to resolve all arisen issues related and arrange for the best delivery schedule.
- Co- operation with other departments to make delivery schedule and coordinate the trucks daily.
- Handle import process and ensure smooth delivery of import shipment to factories.
* Working locations: Dong Nai or HCMC

Academic:
- University graduated.
Years of experience
- 2- 3 years’ working experience preferred.
Special knowledge
- Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling.
- Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel is required, able to use VNACCS software.
- Good in English communication (writing & speaking).
Other skills
- Able to work independently and under a tight time schedule.
- Good team working spirit
