Job summary
As our Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating compelling videos content specifically designed for social media platforms and commercial marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on promoting and driving sales for the company’s dietary supplement products (US market).
How We Measure Success
Engagement Metrics: Ensure videos achieve a minimum engagement rate of 5% and contribute to campaign sales conversions.
Content Performance: Deliver 10- 15 high- converting short- form videos per month, optimized for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
Efficiency: Meet 100% of project deadlines, delivering polished content within tight schedules.
Trend Integration: Incorporate at least 3 new video trends or techniques per quarter to keep content fresh and engaging.
Collaboration: Maintain a 90% approval rate for initial video drafts, showcasing creativity and alignment with brand guidelines.
Team Management
Career Path: Fast- track promotion to Creative Strategist or Creative Manager/Director based on results.
Team Vision 2025: Expand Creative team&039;s capabilities with 03- 04 Video Editors + 02 Senior Influencer Marketing Associates + 01 Creative Manager to drive excellence.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
Adaptability and Innovation: Adopt new tools and techniques, incorporating creative approaches to enhance video storytelling.
Collaboration: Work closely with teams to align video content with goals, integrating feedback constructively to deliver high- quality results.
Video Production: Edit short- form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Performance- Driven Editing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine high- performing video ads based on campaign data and insights.
Core Competencies
Skills and Qualifications
D2C Market Knowledge:Experience working with D2C brands targeting the U.S. market is highly preferred.
Video Editing Expertise:At least 01 year of experiencein editing short- form commercial videos with a strong portfolio of winning ad creatives that drove conversions.
Platform Proficiency:Skilled in editing for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, with a deep understanding of their unique content requirements.
Technical Proficiency:Advanced knowledge ofCapCutand other editing tools; familiarity with automation workflows in video production is a plus.

Working Hours
Saturday (Culture Day):6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. We spend morning on running and reviewing our week.
Monday- Friday:8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
