Short-Term and Full-Time Project Officer: 02 Position

This position is expected to work at MKE full-time for three months (October, November and December 2020) with possibility to extend into the four month. Reports to General Manager and Manager of Project Implementation Division (PID Manager), this candidate is expected to:
•Participate in conducting socio-economic surveys.
•Assist with project planning and designation of survey tools
•Facilitate interviews, FGDs
•Conduct training for enumerators
•Provide translation, interpretation
•Undertake accounting and administrative tasks
•Assist with tracking and quality control of database
•Assist with data analysis and reporting

•Bachelor Degree from a recognized University in Vietnam or overseas
•At least 3 year working experience in conducting/involving in socio-economic surveys (both quantitative or qualitative).
•Good in English (English proficiency should be equivalent to IELTS 6.0).
•Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail
•Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
•Ability to work under tight deadlines
•Experience in using statistical software such as Stata/SPSS
•Able and willing to travel to provinces in Vietnam.
Preferred:
•Previous experience in working in development sector.
