RESPONSIBILITIES
Show Executive:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of sound, lighting, and visual effects.
Support the team in planning and executing show elements, from initial concept to final performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with talents, art teams, and technical teams.
Research and explore new trends in stage effects and immersive storytelling.
Participate in onsite event execution, ensuring all elements align with the show flow.
Assist in scriptwriting, video editing, and the development of performance content.
Senior Show Executive:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to align the creative vision with event objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of show content, ensuring high- quality and creative storytelling.
Develop and manage the show flow, including scripting, visual presentations, and stage performances.
Ensure seamless integration of sound, lighting, and stage effects for an engaging experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and explore new ways to enhance live shows.
Direct and guide talents, performers, and show teams to bring ideas to life.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of video editing, sound, and lighting is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, stage management, or performance planning.
Strong teamwork, multitasking, and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Media, Art Studio or related fields.
Strong English communication skills.
