We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll solve complex problems, bridging business needs with technology solutions, and driving value through collaboration. If you are analytical, detail- oriented, and passionate about delivering impactful outcomes, this role is for you.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will

Contribute to the development of Supply Chain Operations systems, including:
Developing test scenarios for UAT (User acceptance test)/Pilot and provide essential support to Business users during the UAT phase, ensuring solutions meet their needs accurately.
Modeling and Mapping Processes
Writing User stories
Wire- framing, Prototyping
Writing functional Specification documents
Understanding and working with API Specifications
Drawing diagrams such as activity diagrams
Writing User guide
Maintaining Documentation and contribute/support in Software development lifecycle.
Gathering requirements
Writing Business Requirement documents

Good at problem- solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in tools and techniques such as wireframing and diagramming etc.
Exhibits a product mindset: user- centric, value- driven, outcome- oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
Demonstrates a growth mindset with a proactive attitude and ownership of outcomes
Having experience in ECommerce , Supply Chain management or Inventory Management Systems (preferred)
Having experience in software development processes, especially in Agile environment
Good at English writing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
