Our team strives to improve architecture outcomes across a wide variety of initiatives and verticals with a goal to move the needle on delivering Aperia’s technical and business strategies.You will be responsible for consulting engagements with groups both inside and outside of Aperia. You will work independently to assess how you can maximize your value, and to agree success criteria and measures for the engagement. Examples of the type of work you will get involved in include bringing together business and technology teams to define the strategic architecture for customers; collaborating across multiple technology teams to solve problems in an imaginative way; or guiding project teams to co- create architecture principles, solutions, or roadmaps.
Core Responsibilities
Work with the project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan and serve as a lead, as required, overseeing aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, and implementation phases for projects within solution area.
Lead planning and prioritization activities, coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of existing and target architectures.
Identify, qualify, and propose strategy, initiatives and solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Participate in client facing meetings and documenting key decisions and action items.
Participate in solution and system demos to highlight the architectural aspects of the solution to demonstrate how the architecture supports the desired functionality, performance, security, and other non- functional requirements defined in SAFe.
Serve as the architecture lead for application and integration team.
Guide agile teams by providing technical leadership and architectural direction by assisting teams in making technology decisions, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring that the architecture is implemented correctly within the Agile Release Train (ART) or Solution Train context.
Collaborate with product management and business owners, solutions architects work closely with product management and business owners to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and flexible system designs.
Define the architecture and design of the solutions developed within the SAFe framework to create and maintain architectural runway, identify key architectural components, and ensure that the architecture aligns with the SAFe principles and practices.
Have experience across a wide variety of architecture engagements in multiple areas of business/technology.
Ensure the quality and compliance of the solution architecture within the SAFe by collaborating with other architects, including Enterprise Architects, to ensure architectural consistency, adherence to standards, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Create API and ETL designs.
Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies.
Provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients.
