The SIKA- GO- FUTURE TRAINEE 2026 isn&039;t your typical entry- level job. It&039;s a 15- month, fast- paced journey into the construction chemical industry where you&039;ll get hands- on experience and see your ideas become reality. You&039;ll help shape the future of construction, not just observe it.

+ HCMC Office (60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Tan Dinh Ward): Sales
Job Description
The SIKA WAY- In the first two months (April- May 2026), trainees are immersed in Sika&039;s culture, values, and business operations, with a strong focus on understanding the company&039;s unique approach. The training program begins with a comprehensive first- day onboarding and continues with cross- functional orientations to help them see how different teams collaborate. Trainees will build foundational product knowledge, starting with concrete, through a series of e- learning courses and active participation in team meetings. The two- month period concludes with a probation report where trainees reflect on their progress and demonstrate their understanding.
SIKA IN ACTIONS- Over the course of 12 months (June 2026- May 2027), trainees will put their theoretical knowledge into practice by engaging in real- world tasks and witnessing the direct impact of Sika&039;s products, services, and processes. This period involves a variety of hands- on experiences, including field visits and customer interactions, which provide crucial exposure. Trainees will also complete structured department rotations through key areas like Sales, Technical Service and Finance to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. This immersive approach, which includes practical training and on- the- job learning, focuses on real work performance to ensure they are well- prepared for their future roles.
SIKA GO FUTURE- In the final month of the program (June 2027), an assessment will be conducted to evaluate the trainees&039; overall development and determine their official positions within Sika Vietnam.
