Comply with all health and safety regulations
Stay up- to- date on industry trends and best practices
Ensure that the lounge is always clean, presentable, and well- maintained
Manage and supervise a team of lounge staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Oversee the ordering and purchasing of food and beverage supplies
Develop and implement new recipes and beverage offerings
Oversee the day- to- day operations of the lounge, including guest service, food and beverage preparation, and ambiance
Control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests to the lounge
Manage the lounge inventory
Conduct regular tastings and menu reviews
Ensure that all lounge equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
Represent the lounge at industry events and functions

Strong culinary and beverage skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to create and execute innovative menus and beverage programs
Fluency in English is a plus
Strong problem- solving and decision- making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of lounge staff
2+ years of experience in a high- end lounge or bar setting
