WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Analyze the commercial power
✓ Finding the site/building for CVS use
✓ Survey the surrounding relevant site (competitor, household)
✓ Experienced in writing a property contract
✓ Examine possible sit for CVS
✓ Forecast the sales for the relevant site/ building for convenience stores
- Training Members
✓ Technical training for negotiation with the landlord
✓ Train all members to understand Forecast the sales for convenience stores
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
✓ At least 3 years of experience at the same role.
✓ Experienced in developing special places such as hospitals and schools
✓ Wide knowledge on SD and relationship with a broker
✓ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
✓ Good command of English and computer skills.
✓ Possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
✓ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
✓ Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
