Site Development
- Searching and recognizing potential site to expand Lotte Mart hypermarket chain
- Following up the project process
- Coordinating with lawyers appointed by Lotte Mart to negotiate with developers / landlords about development procedures, structures and content of contracts
- Supporting Market Analysis section for site development
- Together with the land owners and the Development Director to contact related State Departments in obtaining investment license for new store opening
- Managing Site Development team to do market research, site survey and analysis (study site price/market/population catchment/turnover estimation/competitors/etc.)
Reporting
- Reporting to the Development Director/General Director
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports of the assigned projects or any arising projects to the Development Director
- Doing other reports as requested by Development Director, General Director or Head Quarter in Korea.

From 3- 5 years in the similar position
Bachelor degree in relavant majors.
Multi- task, detail oriented
Willing to travel
Good knowledge of real estate market in Vietnam and legal (Investment, land, real estate …)
Good relation with Government (authorities)
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
