Site Electrical Engineer Daewoo E&C Vina

- Position title: Site Electrical Engineer.
- Location: based on Site Office of High- rise Complex Project at Land Lot K8HH1 situated at Centre of Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan La ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi city, Vietnam
- Duration: 1- year contract with possibility of extension.
- Duties and responsibilities:
Survey and project design:
• Survey new projects, and make survey reports.
• Calculate quantity (BOM) ;
• Prepare project design solutions and technical drawings, make technical checks and calculations, manually or supported by software.
• Prepare bidding documents.
Project construction management:
• Participate in meetings with investors and Sub- contractors.
• Manage Projects and technical team. Supervise and allocate resources.
• Implement construction plans and monitor projects to ensure Safety, Quality and Timeline.
• Make weekly and monthly reports to send management.
• Prepare project implementation plans and work assignment tables at the project.
• Prepare construction schedule and project construction methods.
• Represent the Company to resolve problems arising during construction.
• Other duties as required.

- Requirements
• Graduated Electrical Engineer with 5 years of working experience carrying out tasks mentioned above. (Preferred experience in high- rise apartments, hotels and shopping centers)
• English proficiency: general communication, proficient in writing and reading drawings
