Site Expansion Executive - Chuyên viên phát triển mặt bằng siêu thị

- Plan and propose potential provinces and cities to open Hypermarkets/ Shopping Malls according to the company&039;s business goals and strategies;
- Coordinate with lawyers appointed by Lotte Mart to negotiate with developers/landlords about development procedures, structures and content of contracts;
- Searching and recognizing potential sites to expand Lotte Mart hypermarket chain;
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports of the assigned projects or any arising projects to the Development Director
- Update market information (competitors&039; activities and strategies, influential events related projects), new Laws and Regulations of the State, review and make recommendations to improve the company&039;s development plan, suggest appropriate actions/reactions;
- Together with the land owners and the Development Director to contact related State Departments in obtaining investment licenses for new store opening;
- Support the Development Director, line manager to negotiate prices and contract terms;
- Prepare site reports including: collecting and analyzing competitor information, statistics, market potential, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, related projects and events affecting the market to make decisions;
- Following up on the project process;

Multi- task, detail oriented
Experienced in the retail market, especially in the field of supermarkets and shopping centers is a plus.
At least 03 year experience in real estate market in Vietnam
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Good knowledge of real estate market in Vietnam and legal (Investment, land, real estate …)
Bachelor degree in relavant majors.
Good relation with Government (authorities)
Willing to travel
