Site Manager

Overall :
• Site Manager reporting to IWC VN and General Director (GD).
• Site Manager will Working closely as Partner with GD, Site Manager must have attention to detail in all tasks related to the bellow :
Strategic Planning
Operation
Finance
Export
Operation :
• Port Yard :
Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Manage daily operations in the facility
Ensure smooth logistics of products delivered at port yard and loading for vessels from port yard.
• Mill:
Ensure compliance with required facility standards, internal guidelines, and local government regulations
Cooperate with chip mill manager to Manage daily operations
Ensure all products produced meet the quality standards as well as the agreed customer specifications
Strategic Planning :
Prepare and analyse local market information to ensure Local buying price is market price .
Working with GD and other department to meet volume target with reasonable market price
Finance:
Work with GD and chip mill manager to Build up and control Budget
Work closely with chief accountant to ensure transparency for regular internal audit
Cost Control, restlessly review site overhead costs, implement creative initiatives to minimize overhead costs
Export :
Liaise with local port and ensure smooth export shipments
Support other departments to prepare export document on time

- University degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Industrial Management
- Experience in production management
- At least 3 year experience in supervisory roles & manufacturing work
- Must be able to converse, read and write in English
- Knowledge of production processes and product, ISO, 5S, experience in human resources management
