Site Manager represents the company and is responsible for managing and operating FMS business activities at the Site, through:
Operations Management:
- Learn, research, and continuously improve business procedure for the Site as well as for the company.
- Represent or together with other functional Heads/Senior Managers of the company, participate in meetings with customer representatives on issues related to ADV services.
- Quick actions and implement plans and solutions to handle incidents arising at the Site, ensuring to minimize accidents and losses (if any).
- Control and supervise the implementation of operations of departments at the Site, ensuring service quality standards, labor safety of ADV as well as customer requirements.
- Develop and implement weekly/monthly/yearly work plans for the entire Site; check work plans of each section to ensure achievement of ADV&039;s targets and customer requirements
- Receive and handle customer feedback on all issues related to site operations.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to work with inspection teams from the government, state agencies, for example: Environmental Inspectorate, Fire Prevention and Fighting, ...
Revenue Management:
- Track revenue/debts each period, set up timely action plans to achieve revenue target
- Coordinate with section supervisors and others parties in establishing quotation and contracts.
- Check and approve quotation, service contracts and related documents with customers.
Report on the Site&039;s operations to the company and customers periodically or urgently when there is an incident.
Manage labors at the Site, including: organizing and assigning labors; interviewing and recruiting; training, coaching, assigning, evaluating, motivating, rewarding, handling personnel- related incidents...
Build budget and manage Site operating costs, ensuring cost optimization.
Manage assets, tools and equipment at the Site, ensuring optimal use value and no waste or loss.
Training successor employees and other related tasks:
- Training, guiding employees, developing successor human resources
- Job description can be supplemented or adjusted according to actual requirements but not beyond the scope of the employee&039;s expertise.
- Proposing team development, recruiting new employees according to the company&039;s development needs..
- Perform other tasks as required by direct management.
- Implement Kaizen improvement activities to increase work efficiency, improve quality, and save costs.
