MAINTENANCE
• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment & vehicle used at the facility (minimum of technical stops)
• Ensure right performance of all equipment & vehicle used at the facility (minimum downtime)
• Involvement in selecting and installing new equipment
HEALTH & SAFETY
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations
• Creating a culture focused on the safety of our staff
• Ensure compliance with facility ISO standards and all internal guidelines
• Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility.
QUALITY CONTROL
• Ensure all products produced are meeting the quality standards as well as the agreed customer specifications
• Acting in line with all forestry production legislation
• Cooperate with quality control vendor for QI/QA purpose
LABOUR FORCE, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Control and minimize labour overtime
• Ensure day shift and night shift in line with production standard
SITE PERFORMANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
• Cost Control, to continually review site overhead costs, implementing new ways of working which facilitate overhead cost reduction
• Stock and Cost Accounting
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Build up and control Budget
• Reporting on all KPI´s, Prepare, analyse and issue production and performance reports
• To continually review total cost per ton of all site products, driving new initiatives which deliver year on year total cost per ton reduction
• Local Purchasing and Vendor Management
OTHER
• Liaise with local port and ensure export orders and its operation via port running smoothly

• Good management capability and good team player
• Bachelor degree in mechanical & engineering, operation, business or related.
• Good command of English
• At least 5 years in management field, prefer production management

Able to work in an active and professional working environment.
