Site OpEx Leader

Job Summary: The Site OpEx Leader will be responsible for driving Operational Excellence initiatives at our Ho Chi Minh City site. This role will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational performance through the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the site.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of OpEx projects.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of OpEx initiatives.
Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive and manage site- level continuous improvement projects to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement MPS: Develop, implement, and sustain the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) to ensure consistent application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across the site.
Facilitate training and development programs to build OpEx capabilities within the team.

Proven experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; Black Belt certification preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or related roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross- functional team.
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
